This page explains which personal data may be processed when you visit the website and when you contact us for information or bookings.

The IT systems and hosting service may automatically record technical data required for the operation and security of the website, such as the IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type and device information. This data is not used to create commercial user profiles.
The website does not contain registration or purchase forms. If you contact us by phone, email or through the standard WhatsApp link, we may process the data you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, number of participants, preferred date, experience and information useful for organising the ride.
The website does not collect payment card data directly. If payment is offered through a PayPal link or POS terminal, the relevant payment service provider processes the financial data. We normally receive only the information required to verify the outcome of the transaction and to manage the booking and accounting obligations.
We do not use the data received for newsletters or automated promotional communications without specific consent.
Simply browsing the website does not require you to provide personal data voluntarily. However, data needed to respond to an enquiry or confirm a booking must be provided; without it, we may be unable to organise the requested service. Any additional information is optional.

Communications relating to enquiries and bookings are kept for the period needed to manage the service and any disputes. Administrative, tax and accounting documents are retained for the periods required by law. Technical logs are retained for the limited period set by the hosting provider and required for service security.
The website is not intended to collect data directly from minors. For bookings involving participants who are minors, the information must be provided by a parent, guardian or authorised adult. Any consent required for participation is handled separately from merely visiting the website.
In the cases provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you may request access to the data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and PayPal do not transmit data to those services before the user chooses to open them. If analytics tools, embedded content or other technologies that are not strictly necessary are added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent mechanism will be activated before they are used.
